B-Acts (For Seniors 50 Yrs. & Above)| Created On Wednesday, 22 February 2012 16:31 | | Our next meeting will be Thurs., March 8th @ 7:00 p.m. Our entertainment will be brought by Lisa Stewart and David Barker, two of our own FCBC members. Also, there will be a brief meeting for those who are signed up for our Fall trip to Branson following B-Acts. If this is your first meeting, please come as our guest! Regular members are asked to bring a vegetable and a salad or dessert. We hope you'll join us! |

Dr. Steve Parr, Vice President of Evangelism for the Georgia Baptist Convention, will be our special guest speaker on Sunday morning, March 25th.
Dr. Parr is a long time Sunday School leader and a gifted preacher.

There will be a variety of wild game prepared for your enjoyment.
We will also have "domestic" meat available
for those that do not want wild game meat.

When is the trip?:
May 30th - June 3rd, 2012
Where are we going?:
Helen, Ga with activities in and around Unicoi State Park
Why are we going?:
- To be “on mission” for North Georgia Resort Ministries.
- To help reach the lost during this busy tourist week.
- To enjoy great family time and grow relationships with other Flat Creek families.
- To teach our children, by example, the Great Commission.

Men's Ministry Brick Project| Created On Monday, 10 October 2011 12:47 | Make a donation of $50.00 and FCBC's Men's Ministry will permanently place a 4" X 8" brick with your engraved message, in Honor or Memory of someone, on a fireplace planned for phase two of the pavilion project. You may purchase as many as you like and it is open for everyone who may want to participate. Included with the price, you will also receive a miniature replica of your brick.
Please send a separate form for each brick ordered. Make checks payable to "Flat Creek Baptist Church" and note "Brick Project" in the memo line.

2012 Wednesday Night Fellowship Meals| Created On Monday, 01 August 2011 13:34 | Join us for The Disciples' Cafè Fellowship Meal
Each Wednesday @ 5:00 p.m.
You must call to sign up for a weekly or permanent reservation. Please call the church office (770-487-4890 ext 222) by 9:00 a.m. on Monday to make, change or cancel your reservation.
If you are new to Flat Creek and this is your first time to join us at the Disciples' Cafè, please speak to one of the office assistants to place your reservation or indicate this when leaving a voice mail.
- Adults: $5 each
- Children: (12 years old and younger) $2.50 each
(There is a $25 Family Cap, for immediate family.)
Are you looking for an area where you can serve the Lord and our church? Volunteers are needed (on a rotation basis) to help with our Wednesday night meals. If you can help, contact Michael Maness, Theron Hicks or the church office.

but regular activities (Disciples' Cafe, Prayer Meeting, mission activities for the children) will not take place.

Please note this is a time for families to be together with other families, therefore, there will be no childcare available.

Please notify an usher or greeter if you see something you consider suspicious or unsafe.
Please notify them in addition to calling 911 if you observe someone who has been injured or becomes ill.
We have an emergency response team of trained medical personnel ready to assist until rescue personnel arrives. |
Bible Studies .....| Created On Wednesday, 16 March 2011 10:54 | Wednesday and Sunday Sessions
Open to members and guests.
Each Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
The Pastor will lead adults in Bible study each Sunday night in the Sanctuary at 6:00 p.m. There is no cost or book for his study. The subject may vary each week but the Truth remains the same.
Additional Bible Studies are offered at 4:45 p.m. Please use the link at the bottom of page to see more.
Each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
The Pastor's study is held in the main Sanctuary. This study may be on a different subject each Wednesday or may have an on-going theme. During this time we also take time to pray for those on our prayer list and other needs we voice.

2012 Weekday Preschool Registration| Created On Tuesday, 08 March 2011 11:24 | 2012 school year registration begins in March
Registration forms are available in the Preschool reception area beginning Sunday, March 4th. Forms and fees should be returned to the Preschool Director’s office.
Classes are offered for two year olds through age five (Kindergarten).
Flat Creek Baptist Preschool offers age and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities for 2-Year Olds through 5-Year Olds (Kindergarten).
